      I run it with the internet enabled and nothing blocked, and as soon as the home screen appears, all the streaming services show up with a padlock icon on each image (which means they aren't registered). I check the corresponding section, and it shows “not registered” for each of the services.
      
      P.S.: Tested on Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024, fully up to date.
      P.S.2: However, with version 3.0.0.0, in my case it shows as registered, but not in 3.1.0.0.
      Note: In Windows Defender, the installation directory... and the portable version are already excluded.
      Note 2: If I run version 3.0.0.0 without an active internet connection, it shows as unregistered, just like version 3.1.0.0, with all service icons displaying a padlock (which indicates they are not registered).

         I'll admit, thought those lock icons meant I wasn't logged into my account. I just logged into my YouTube account, and the icon is still there.
         
         Are you sure the icon has any effect? I had and still have the lock icon on YouTube.
         BUT I successfully downloaded 3 videos from YouTube (as I mentioned earlier) and just downloaded another one (after logging in).
         So, I conclude that the lock icon has no effect on YouTube. Why did you decide it affects others?
         For example, the “Special Offer” icon, which I think should disappear after registration, was there before, but it didn’t affect downloads at all.
         
         Added:
         I tested the download from YouTube without the patch.
         When I tried to download it, I got a message saying I needed to register and an offer to download it in trial mode (this didn’t happen with the patch).
         But I did manage to download the video. So I can’t draw any conclusions yet. For now, though, everything that’s appeared in 3.1 seems more like “cosmetic changes.” I don’t see any real limitations.
         
         Added at 2:
         I installed version 3.0 and am seeing exactly the same thing I saw in 3.1. So what has actually gotten worse?

      Pd: Need new patch from Pawel97 (at 3.1.0.0 with them not are unlocked services).

      Привет! Все сервисы закрыты для использования и требуют регистрации. Похоже недолом... Кто-то смог решить эту проблему?

         Видимл нет опыты работа с такими программами.
         Они все требуют наличие аккаунта на стриминговом сервисе с которого предполагается загрузка.

         With “treatment” in the form of a loader covered by Enigma protection and significant detection on VT. Shouldn't expect a repack of this program with such source.
         
         This site tries to avoid patched executable files with protectors. It's a “pig in a poke” which means it's unsafe.

         Moyea Downloader and CleverGet are significantly worse and more susceptible to changes in streaming handling by providers. Pazu StreamGet is currently the best and most stable video ripper. Even older versions still work, whereas Moyea and CleverGet constantly require patches and updates.

      It's a shame that Disney+ only allows downloads in 1280x720 resolution. It's interesting, because Netflix allows downloads in 1920 resolution. My Disney+ subscription is 4K.

       I think a new patch is necessary, since the current one applied in the Repack, at least on the Disney+ platform, the content is not downloaded in full duration (try what you try maximum download 3 minutes or less) if you compare it with what lasts when you watch it online.
